My name is Mark, owner of Cure’s Barbecue and Catering. I recently retired as a law enforcement officer in Ocean County. Now that my law enforcement career is over, My wife Donna and I are jumping into my “Passionate Career” in Barbecue.
You see, for over 20 years I have cooked barbecue the low and slow way for family and friends. Now, I have decided to take their advice and make Cure’s Barbecue a reality. I enjoy cooking and it seems a lot of people enjoy eating my bbq. I have owned several different barbecue smokers in the last 20 years and now I have invested in the state-of-the-art CookShack oven smoker. No more adding logs to the fire box and hoping you don’t overpower your food with smoke.
My goal is to bring you the best barbecue you have ever tasted! If you are interested in booking Cure’s Barbecue for your next catering event, I will sit down with you and discuss your options.
